Cureton's Fine Food

We are delighted that the launch of the Cureton's Fine Food brand has gone well this week. Our client Henry Cureton has created three recipes of potted Wild Rabbit with Apple & Black Pudding, Chicken Liver with Pheasant & Calvados and Pheasant with Cranberry & Orange. These luxurious foods are selling as quickly as they can be made and packed; in the HEFF shop at Battlefield as well as a number of independent retail outlets. The range will be increased during 2012 with additional products in the Perfectly Potted range as well as traditional meat products such as pies and sausages. Henry Cureton, whose Great Grandmother made cheese for the Royal family, is the fourth generation to cook in the family kitchen at Ellesmere. He prepares and pots this very special range of foods using the traditional method of preserving fresh food which was used before the advent of cans, and with no artificial flavourings or preservatives. James Lawrence, Senior Creative at Alpha Ontrac said, “It has been a pleasure to work with Henry on the launch of this prestigious brand. It is one of a number of high quality foods that we have worked on recently and this is an indication that the luxury end of the food market is still thriving.” Earlier this month it was announced that another brand that Alpha Ontrac designed, Wagyu Fat by Alternative Meats, had been taken into stock exclusively by Harrods immediately after it was launched.
